| Q) How do you keep track
of my items? |
A) We have a computer
system that issues all items a tag with your name and a bar
coded tracking number for your order.

| Q) How long will it
take? |
A) Clayton's offers same
day service Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm on
request. Our normal turn around time is two working days. Orders
brought in on Monday will be ready for pickup Wednesday after
4:00 pm on regular service.

| Q) Will my clothing
leave your building? |
A) No, all work is done
on premises with the exception of leathers and alterations.

| Q) What if the stain
doesn't come out? |
A) If Clayton's cannot
restore your garment to a wearable condition you will not be
charged for that item.

| Q) Do I have to pay for
the service when I drop off? |
| A) No, you can pay for
cleaning when you pick it up, or drop it off. Whatever is more
convenient for you. We
also offer in house charge accounts. |
